2018

Established Jiangxi Lanke Semiconductor Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of full-color SMD LEDs for displays.

2015

Established Shenzhen Lanketu'an Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of Top LED (automotive lights and traffic lights, indoor and outdoor full-color displays).

2012

Shenzhen LanKe Electronics Co., Ltd. added R&D and manufacturing of full-color SMD LED products, and fully entered the field of SMD LED full-color display.

2010

After establishing a "postdoctoral" mobile work program, in-depth research and cooperation in the field of packaging materials were carried out with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics.

Shenzhen Lanko Electronics Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise". In September of the same year, Hubei Lanko Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "Provincial High-Tech Enterprise".

2004

Established Shenzhen Mingke Semiconductor Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in R&D and manufacturing of LED application products. In April of the same year, Shenzhen Lank Science & Technology Co., Ltd., in conjunction with Peking University and Sun Yat-sen University, established two major scientific research platforms. In August of the same year, Shenzhen Lank Science & Technology Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance S.A.).

Established Hubei Lanke Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (formerly Xiantao Huayu Xing Electronics Co., Ltd.), mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of Lamp LEDs.

Established Shenzhen Lanke Electronics Co., Ltd. (Lanke headquarters, formerly Shenzhen Huayuxing Electronics Co., Ltd.), mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of Lamp LED and HP LED.

1998

Founded Xiantao Huayu Xing Electronics Co., Ltd., specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of indicator and backlight Lamp LEDs.

1997

Founded Shenzhen Huayu Xing Electronics Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the sales of indicator and backlight Lamp LEDs.
